We require you to place your order atleast 4 days in advance. However, in peak graduation seasons like May and October we recommend placing your order atleast a week in advance. For custom requests, we suggest allowing 2 weeks for us to design and communicate with you about your custom crown.

We hand deliver all crowns to anywhere in Rome, with no additional fee. However, if you pick up your order in person at Via Teano, 299, we will give you a 10% discount on your order. If your university has more than 10 students ordering a crown from Natura e Amore for graduation day, we will arrange a convenient pickup spot close to your commencement location.

Since our crowns are all made by hand individually, we do not allow returns. Generally, we do not issue refunds either, however, if an error is made on our end, we are happy to resolve the issue and make a new crown or issue a refund.

Since we use real leaves and real flowers, we always encourage delivery or pickup to be arranged the morning of graduation, to ensure that the crown stays as fresh as possible. We recommend keeping the leaves out of direct sunlight until the photos. To preserve the crown afterwards, it should last up to 3 days if kept in a cool dark place.

You are able to naturally preserve your crown by storing it in a cool dark place or dry hanging it. However, this will work best with the leaves and baby's breath and not all flowers. For graduates wanting to have a special memento from graduation, we offer pressed framed artwork featuring flowers used from your laurel crown.
